AI is moving quickly.

A year ago, many people were still trying to understand what tools like ChatGPT could actually do. Today, AI is being used for writing, research, design, coding, customer service, data analysis, marketing and everyday business tasks.

A new 2026 report from the International Labour Organization similarly points to growing demand for AI, digital, data and cognitive skills while emphasizing AI literacy, adaptability and human judgment.
